Exploring Your Improved Mailbox

After you have set up SmartCloud Connect, you will notice the following changes in your Exchange account and email application:

  • The “Salesforce Email” folder. In your mailbox, the “Salesforce Emails” folder will appear which you can use to share your emails with Salesforce (as completed tasks).

  • The SmartCloud Connect Add-In. In email clients that support Add-Ins (MS Outlook 2013 or later, or Office 365), you will see a SmartCloud Connect Add-In displayed inline next to the email message. In MS Outlook 2013 or later, a new Salesforce ribbon group will also appear in the Home tab in the main window or in the Message tab in the message window. This group provides access to the SmartCloud Connect Add-In commands.
