Viewing Your SmartCloud Connect Account Info and Changing Account Password

In the  Profile page, you can review your SmartCloud Connect account information like your contact email, Salesforce login, or subscription plan. You can also change the password for your SmartCloud Connect account.

To view your SmartCloud Connect account information, do the following:

  • From the Dashboard, select Profile.

If you sign to SmartCloud Connect with login and password, you can change your SmartCloud Connect account password. 

To change the password, do the following:

  1. In the Dashboard, select Profile.
  2. In the Change Password block, in the Password box, enter you current password.


  3. In the New Password box, enter your new password.
  4. Click the Change button.
